Roger is a British trained Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants of England and Wales, as well as a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.
With over 30 years of private sector and public accounting experience, he brings a broad range of financial expertise and business acumen to the MPX group, including financial planning and reporting, strategic planning, taxation, treasury, risk management, and corporate communication.
Before joining MPX, Roger spent his formative accounting years in public accounting practice as an auditor with a BDO-associated accounting firm. After exiting public practice, he held increasingly senior financial positions in subsidiaries of multinational natural resource companies, such as American Pacific Mining Co, Arimetco International, Breakwater Resources Ltd. Additionally, he has been a director of several corporate entities operating in the Oil, Gas, and mining sectors.
In January 2013, Mr. Holford was appointed Global Controller of MPX.
