This acquisition represents a significant step in Xcalibur Multiphysics’ growth strategy in America and reflects its commitment to growth by offering state-of-the-art geophysical solutions in the region. The purchase includes the comprehensive acquisition of 100% of the shares and geophysical services of MPX Geophysics.
